The body map is an ideal starting point for a re-style. Understanding and accepting your body shape and proportion is the key to dressing well. It is a simple, practical and wholly positive approach. I create a life-sized body map for you to take home with notes to explain what you should wear for each clothing category including jewellery and hairstyles. After the mapping session you will be armed with all the knowledge you need to dress well for the body you have. Once you know what works for you it really is possible to look good on any budget.
Time 2.5 hours
Choosing and wearing the right colours can have a real impact on the way you see yourself and the way others view you. I use a tonal analysis system as it is less restrictive than the seasonal one. The right colours make you look younger, slimmer and healthier. In the session I will examine skin tone, contrasts and your overall colour picture. Afterwards you will receive a bespoke set of colour swatches to take out with you when you’re shopping.
Time 1.5 – 2 hours
During this session we will review your entire wardrobe. I ask clients to get everything out before the session and divide it into sections. I do this so that the client has time to start to think through their choices, to look at and consider each piece alone before we discuss them together. As part of the session we will discuss your lifestyle so that we can focus on the clothes that work for you and your shape. We will decide what to keep and what to discard and I will give you notes on what is missing.
The wardrobe management session is a three-hour appointment at your home (it can be done at my house too – please ask for more details)

Outfit Building (using your own wardrobe)
Feel in a rut and never seem to have anything to wear? Discover new ways of wearing your clothes. With a fresh eye your wardrobe can be rejuvenated and reinvigorated. We will discuss your lifestyle and clothing needs and then work on a few key outfits (driven entirely by you). Anything you are missing will be highlighted and noted and we will look at shoes and accessories too. I will take photographs of all the outfits both on and off the body.
Time 3 hours
The personal shop is a three and a half hour appointment at an agreed shopping area (usually central London). I source all the clothes the week before our appointment based on your list and budget. I can work to any brief -it can be high street, top end high street, bridge, vintage or designer. I will visit numerous stores identifying just the right pieces for your shape, budget and lifestyle. We then shop together trying on and buying as we go.
Time 3.5 hours
This is only available after a wardrobe management session, outfit building or body map. This is because I need to have seen your current wardrobe, looked at your shape and to have worked with you in order to fully understand your needs.
Your shopping list comprises all the items required to complete and enhance your wardrobe based on body shape, style and budget. The list is emailed to you with weblinks for online shopping and brand/shop suggestions.
