The chino’s have been featured before but I think it’s important to say that I regularly ‘rest’ items ( aka, forget about them). I dug these out from under the jeans pile last week. I got this fantastic Hobbs ribbed knit/sweat top ages ago in a sale ( I also got a black version) and it is mightily versatile. The cocoon shape feels modern and edgy so when worn with a classic trouser it works well. The top is quite warm so you can leave the coat at home and feel confident you will survive if the sun goes in.
